# 1.4 What Tools You'll Use (Top-Level Overview)

To run a simple, successful Amazon FBA business, you only need a small handful of tools: and we introduce them exactly when you need them, not before.

Here's the top-level overview of the tools you'll be using throughout the Blueprint.

### 📄 SourceSheets

This is the core of your sourcing system.

You'll use SourceSheets to:

* find real product opportunities
* check basic profitability
* filter out bad products quickly
* access guided daily leads
* use tools like Ungate Search, Find a Product, and more

SourceSheets gives you clarity, not overwhelm: and it's where most sellers find their first winning products.

### 🔍 SourceSheets ASIN Analyser

This is your built-in analysis tool. There's nothing to choose and nothing to set up outside SourceSheets, it's already part of your account.

For any single product, it tells you:

* if you can sell it
* how fast it sells
* how profitable it is
* who else is selling it
* whether you're gated
* the full Price & Sales Rank History chart

It helps you avoid mistakes and make confident buying decisions, whether you're checking a product from a sheet or an ASIN you've found elsewhere.

### 🛒 Amazon Seller Central

This is your Amazon management hub.

You'll use Seller Central to:

* create shipments
* add products
* track inbound stock
* view sales
* read performance notifications
* see your payout schedule

You'll only use a few areas of it at first: we show you exactly where to click.

### 🏢 Tide (Company Formation & Backup Bank)

We use Tide exclusively for:

* forming your LTD at a discounted rate
* receiving your £20 reward for completing their onboarding
* automatically opening a basic business account

This Tide account is not used as your main trading bank. It simply handles your company formation in the quickest, easiest way: and gives you a backup bank account if you ever need one.

### 🏦 Revolut Business (Your Trading Bank)

We're partnered with Revolut, who offer support and guidance to new sellers. Your business will run through Revolut:

* clean business banking
* smooth Amazon compatibility
* easy payouts
* direct SourceSheets support

You'll set this up early so you can trade properly and avoid future issues.

### 🛍️ Retail & Online Arbitrage

Once you're ready to buy, you'll source stock through Retail Arbitrage (in shops) and Online Arbitrage (from other online retailers). SourceSheets surfaces leads through the Sourcing Library and Radar, so you're choosing from products already matched to Amazon listings, not searching blind. Look for:

* a real, current price you can act on
* clear terms of sale (a normal retail or online purchase, no account needed)
* fast delivery or same-day collection
* consistent stock so you can repeat a winning product

This is where you'll place your first real order.

### 🧩 A Simple, Beginner-Friendly Stack

You don't need 10 apps. You don't need complicated dashboards. You just need these essentials: introduced at the right time:

* SourceSheets → find opportunities
* ASIN Analyser → analyse safely
* Seller Central → ship & sell
* Revolut → run your business
* Retail/Online Arbitrage → place your first order

As you grow, we'll show you optional extras like:

* repricers
* accounting partners (RTAccounting)

But right now?

This is all you need: nothing more.
