# Part 2: Laying the Foundations

## Building Your Business Properly

This is where your Amazon journey becomes real. You'll set up everything required to operate as a fully legitimate, fully functional Amazon business. No shortcuts, no guesswork, done properly from the start.

### What This Section Covers

You'll be guided step by step through setting up your Limited Company (LTD), opening your business bank account, and creating and verifying your Amazon Seller Account. Everything is broken down into simple steps, with no assumptions and no prior experience needed.

### Your Goal in Part 2

By the end of this section, you'll have a registered UK business, a fully active business bank account, and a verified Amazon Seller account. At that point, you're no longer "getting started," you're officially ready to trade.
