# 5.2 Running Your First Analysis

### Step 1: Open the ASIN Analyser

From your SourceSheets dashboard, click **ASIN Analyser** in the left-hand menu.

### Step 2: Enter a test ASIN

Type `B00PY3EYQO` into the search box and click **Analyse**. This is a real, live listing (a LEGO storage box), so you'll see genuine current data, not a demo screen.

### Step 3: Read the top strip

Above everything else sits a quick-glance summary: Buy Box price, BSR, Estimated Sales, Offer count, Profit, and ROI, plus two status badges:

* **Eligible to sell / Restricted**: whether your account can list this product right now
* **No alerts / Alerts**: flags something in the listing worth checking before you buy (more on this in Module 7)

Two buttons sit next to the product image: **Add to ASIN Monitor**, which tracks the listing over time, and **Add to Buy List**, which saves it to your shortlist.

### Step 4: Scroll through the panels

Below the top strip sit seven panels covering pricing, competition, and fees in detail. 5.4 walks through each one.

You don't need to memorise any of this yet. The point of this page is just to get one real analysis under your belt so the rest of the module makes sense against something you've actually seen.
