# 6.2 How to Read a Daily Sheet

Open any supplier from Sourcing Library, or open Radar, and you'll land on the same viewer. Here's what's actually on screen.

### The columns

Product, Brand, Match, Eligibility, Buy Cost, Max Buy, Sell Price, Profit, ROI, Score, Demand, Sellers, Stock, Price History, Risk, and Actions. Not all of them show by default. Click **Columns** in the top right to turn any of them on or off, columns marked "4 hidden" or similar tells you some aren't currently visible.

You don't need all sixteen. For your first few weeks, Buy Cost, Sell Price, Profit, ROI, Demand, Sellers, and Stock are enough to make a first pass. Add the rest back in once you know what you're actually using.

### Filters

Click **Filters** to open Product Title/ASIN, Brand, Min Profit, Min ROI, Discount %, Min Score, Min Match, Min Sales/mo, and Max Risk (Any, Low, Medium). Every sheet opens already filtered to your saved Preferences from 5.3, you'll see this confirmed as "Already filtered to your saved preferences" with your actual numbers shown. Click **Adjust** to change them for this sheet only, without touching your saved defaults.

Once you've built filters you like, **Save as preset** so you can reapply the same view on any sheet without rebuilding it.

### Eligibility checking

The **Check eligibility** button in the top right runs Amazon's actual eligibility check against your seller account for every product on the sheet. This needs your Amazon Seller Central account linked under **Settings → Connected Accounts** (set this up back in 0.1 or Part 2) to return real results. Without it linked, everything shows as "Not checked."

### Price History

A small chart sits in every row, showing recent price movement at a glance. Click the 30D, 60D, 90D, or 180D toggle above the table to change the range for every chart on the sheet at once, or the **Now** button to jump back to the current snapshot.

### Compact view

Toggle **Compact** in the top right to shrink row height and fit more products on screen without scrolling. Useful once you're moving fast through a large sheet.

> 📸 **Screenshot needed:** a full sheet view with the Filters panel open, showing the "already filtered to your saved preferences" confirmation.
