# 11.3 Tracking Sales & Payout Schedules

## Where to See Your Sales

**Seller Central → Reports → Business Reports** gives you a day-by-day breakdown of sessions, units ordered, and sales, per product or across your whole account. **Seller Central → Orders → Manage Orders** shows individual orders as they come in, useful in the early days when every order is still worth looking at individually.

## How Amazon's Payout Cycle Works

Amazon holds your sales revenue and pays it out on a rolling cycle rather than per order. For most new UK sellers this is every 14 days, though it can be more frequent once you've built up some account history. You can see your current cycle and next payout date under **Seller Central → Payments → Payments Dashboard**.

## What's Deducted Before You're Paid

Your payout isn't your gross sales revenue. Amazon deducts referral fees, FBA fees, and any subscription or advertising spend before the balance is transferred. The Payments Dashboard breaks this down transaction by transaction, so you can see exactly what was deducted and why, this is also what your profitability analysis in the ASIN Analyser was estimating in advance.

## Where the Money Lands

Payouts go to whichever bank account you linked during Amazon registration (Module 4), which for most sellers following this Blueprint is Revolut Business. It typically takes a few business days from the payout date in Seller Central to actually clear into your account.

## Keeping an Eye on It Early On

In your first few cycles, it's worth cross-checking the Payments Dashboard against what actually lands in Revolut, just to build confidence in the numbers and catch anything unusual early. Once you've seen a couple of clean cycles, this becomes far less hands-on.
