# 14.1 Setting Up a Wholesale Supplier Account

At this stage, you're not placing an order yet. This step is about making sure you're fully set up with a wholesale supplier, so when you're ready to buy, there are no technical or administrative blockers.

## Finding a Wholesale Supplier

A wholesale supplier connects verified sellers with brands, distributors, and authorised wholesalers. Look for clear wholesale pricing, proper Amazon-compatible invoices, a straightforward checkout, and order tracking you can actually follow. ## Setting Up Your Account

Your goal here is to create and verify your account with a supplier, understand where orders, invoices, and statuses appear, and be fully ready to place an order once you've chosen a product. Most wholesale suppliers will ask for basic business details (your LTD company name and registered address) before approving an account, since they're selling to businesses, not consumers.
